"The person who was staying above room 214 was making a bunch of noise and sounded like they were running around the room - It was 2am! Made a complaint and asked if we could get a refund for the night or any other accommodations, but all the was offered was a breakfast voucher and a check out extension is 1pm. This was frustrating and handled poorly in my opinion."

"Only hiccups: the staff member serving as bartender had to pull double duty as an extra shuttle driver for an emergency airport pickup, and witnessed no one else on staff really knew how to fully bartend! Also, room was a little noisy, some kind of mechanical/plumbing noise that I couldn't quite figure out if it was toilet or walk behind. (This was room #425 in the event property mgr reads this.) "Ideal location, parking available and friendly staff"

"Bed was comfortable. Shower leaked all over the floor. Air Conditioning quit working in the middle of night. Elevator gave us a scary jolt as we hit the bottom floor."

"The Harbinson House was a great place to stay for going to a show at Ace of Spades. It is in a beautiful historic neighborhood and the place itself is a quirky historic home. I was able to walk back and forth from the venue while looking at the amazing architecture of the houses. My room had an Alice In Wonderland theme with a functioning Victorola which was really cool.
