"Location was really nice and the view of the reservoir was very calming. There are some restaurants nearby and it’s near most of the parks or well connected by bus to the other parks. Pity the hotel doesn’t offer promos to the various parks. Room and bathroom were spacious. Staff was really helpful too in giving directions and expediting our check-in. Breakfast buffet gets really crowded at peak times - we had to queue for awhile and then queued for a long time at the egg station. So go early."

"We had lost our valuable pair of shoes in a bag during the during the checkout. Not effective follow ups by hotel managament after few calls and re-visit to hotel. Disappointed the complaint not addressed and just by "Not Found", is not something acceptable to this type prestigious hotel."

"Very clean and spacious room. Easy access to the MRT. We received a complimentary upgrade at check-in. We did not have an opportunity to enjoy the pool but are returning in just 2 days after a quick visit to Bintan and plan to spend the afternoon at the pool upon arrival."
