Hotel murah di Bahagian Barat Laut

"Was only able to check in the room after 5pm. Room was nicely decorated, but abit dusty. We were sneezing non stop when step into the room. Could not sleep the whole night due to the machine/aircon sound.. don’t bother about the buffet breakfast. Super long queue to get a table, followed by another queue at the egg station. Room aircon can only get to 23degree. Singapore is so hot and humid.. is not cooling enough."

"We had lost our valuable pair of shoes in a bag during the during the checkout. Not effective follow ups by hotel managament after few calls and re-visit to hotel. Disappointed the complaint not addressed and just by "Not Found", is not something acceptable to this type prestigious hotel."

"The whole complex is excellent, with great facilities, particularly the pool, the restaurants and the rooms. The staff are also very helpful "

"The staff is very helpful. The breakfasts food quality and selection is also excellent. Location is pretty convenient; food is easily accessible and easy to get to from the airport by bus. The only thing that can be improved is the exercise room"

"Lovely hotel with great pool area. Worth noting that we were required to upgrade our reservation in order to receive an early check in, which we were fine with. Also, some confusion as to whether the pool could be used post check out (we were told both yes and no). Other than that, the rooms were really comfortable and very quiet, the pool area was great and the breakfast had a huge selection. A great place for a short Singapore stopover."
