"Our visit was planned to join family who were camping nearby. We requested a twin room and was very disappointed to be given a disabled room although clean was very basic. Breakfast order was requested and a time at which to eat it even before given keys to our room. I can understand that if the breakfast was served on arrival. "Fantastic property in a great location just a few minutes walk from the town. Sean was incredibly accommodating from the minute I arrived, providing me with books and information of snowdon routes ahead of my climb! Absolute 10/10 breakfast cooked by sean, again he was very accommodating providing me the option to have it earlier than the usual time so I could get up the mountain quicker. If I ever return I’ll be sure to stay here again, fantastic stay."
"The room was on the top floor and they have no elevator, but the receptionist gentleman carried our bags up and left them in front of the door. Parking is limited, but adequate for the number of occupants that were there that night. The free wi-fi was very fast, which we utilized greatly for planning our next day. Breakfast is served from 8:00a to 9:00p, which is a traditional English breakfast. What was really nice, was they had vegetarian sausages made to order instead of only meat...
"I enjoyed staying here. It was lively and colourful. Some of the staff were very attentive. Breakfast was very good, and options excellent. It was dog friendly! The parking was good for us as the area was brilliant for playing with the dog on the grass. Beau Maris is a beautiful place to explore. Two things about the room, tight to get round the bed and we needed binoculars to see the tv, so it didn’t matter that there were not many channels to watch."

"The view from our superior room was amazing, looking over the Menai straits and the pier.
Breakfast was very disappointing. Ours had been kept warm and was very dry.
The stairs were an issue. You couldn't avoid them to access the building. I had indicated issues with mobility when i booked but the hotel only sent info about them the day before after free cancellation was impossible.
The Indian meal was satisfactory.
The waitress was very helpful although with limited English."
"This was are third visit to the gladstone, Gavin and Stephen are brilliant hosts staff are excellent, food ot the hotel is excellent and not to expensive, car parking either side of the hotel. "
"Couldn't get entry for ages as we weren't told 2 hotels had become one with different names still on the buildings.No private parking was a pain but what I can gather it's the same for most hotels. The lady that greeted us was really nice but unfortunately I couldn't understand a word she was saying as obviously she was foreign. Room was clean but the shower area was a bit tatty. If I had to use it again I probably would."
