We had a wonderful stay at Palé Hall. The staff were friendly and attentive from the moment we arrived, making us feel welcome and well looked after throughout our visit. The hotel itself is stunning—beautifully maintained with elegant interiors and tranquil grounds situated in lovely countryside that makes it feel like a true escape. On arrival we had a quick guided tour of the property and exploring the ground-floor rooms, each full of character and history. The taster menu was outstanding, and the wine pairing elevated the experience even further—easily one of the highlights of our stay. As a dog-friendly hotel, Palé Hall made our dog feel just as at ease as we were. It’s rare to find such a perfect balance of warmth, comfort, and 5-star luxury. Highly recommended.

Wonderful stay at Pale Hall Hotel. Beautiful and comfortable room. Warm and welcoming staff. Excellent dining options - a tasting menu / fine dining or a bar menu. Both served in a beautiful dining room. We had the bar menu and it was wonderfully cooked. Morning breakfast was perfect and a small gift of water and cookies for our journey much appreciated. We would highly recommend this hotel.

A hidden-away gem in North Wales. Beautiful house, beautifully restored, warm and comfortable. The food offering is top notch and the staff are extremely helpful and professional. Only stayed two nights but next time will be longer.

A gem of a hotel

Palé Hall is a lovely building, but it is the staff that made it into an exceptional stay. All very friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. It was all very special, without being snooty or pretentious. Highly recommended

Second home at Palé

Impeccable service here at Palé. Staff can’t do enough to make sure your stay is comfortable, relaxing and that your every need is attended to. Luxury feel throughout and the food is top notch. Our second time here and certainly won’t be our last. A second home in the UK.

Nice Building & Staff Extremely Overpriced

Hotel building and grounds are beautiful. The staff very nice cant do enough for you. However the food and drinks are way overpriced I had fish and chips the fish its not home battered like in a pub but like you would buy from Iceland and a few thick cut chips did it justify £45 certainly not.My husband had steak in peppercorn sauce with french fries and ended up with food poisoning (I assume it was the cream in the sauce) again £45. however the manageress removed my husbands meal from our bill which was very kind. our room was lovely but we could not get it warm despite having extra electric heaters put in there. would we stay there NO.

This is like visiting a Country estate. The staff and service are fantastic. They do have room service and two dining options. The food was to a very high standard. The en-suite bath was great and the towels and amenities were to a five star standard.
