"we ate there the night before we left. We ordered dessert online. The server made us show her our receipt for the dessert before bringing it to our table. When she finally brought our dessert she was very sour and didn’t even apologize. Seemed very rude."

"It’s decent, needs a bit of maintenance work. Our room wasn’t super clean, bits in the bath and the cupboards had black marks on them.
Hallways smelled a little of manure …
The drinks were expensive too…
Half the spa facilities were not working…
Otherwise, the peacocks are a nice touch and the landscaping is beautiful. Staff are nice and helpful"

"Another fantastic stay, faultless. Comfy bed and quiet. Location is great for getting to other places and i love the 10 min walk to Deganwy beach and prom with my dog before breakfast back at the hotel. The food and service are excellent. Staff very helpful, polite and attentive. I would not stay anywhere else. The sunsets from the terrace are awesome with a spectacular view across to Conwy and the Castle. "Stayed for one night, with my son, for a Mazda MX5 car meet up in the car park- the reason for our stay. The hotel is very nice. We had a meal in the Savvy Fox - i like the decor. The meal was very nice - but not cheap. The twin room was very basic, but was clean and adequate for a one night stay.
The beds were very comfortable and we had a good night's sleep. We had breakfast, plenty of choice and enjoyable. It was good to have a normal toaster too - no need to put the bread in twice. 😄 We...
