"Comfortable room with large bed and good shower. Outdoor seating with sea view. Regular buses to and from Provincetown centre, Truro, Wellfleet and Harwich. Bus stop by the hotel car park. Easy access to cycling/walking trails and the National Seashore. Friendly, helpful staff."

"Bathroom could use a shower bar. Four washcloths for two days would have been more convenient than the two supplied. A night light would be beneficial throughout the night. A suitcase stand would be nice instead of laying it open on the floor. A desk under TV for computer work is missing."

"We would come back again. We enjoyed the nice lobby area and the large indoor pool. We didn't use the outdoor pool, but it looked nice and inviting also. Our room was larger than we expected and very clean. Everything worked like it was supposed to. The decor was a little dated, but in a charming, non-trendy way. The staff was very helpful. The price was reasonable compared to other motels in the area."

"Terrible place to stay, our room was in the back, and it was really dark and dangerous, when we walked into the room the fridge was leaking water every where in the room. The tv does even work….. not to mention shower was filthy and wasn’t even cleaned. The toilet roll was done and was used before we got there the least they could have did was put a new roll. Pillow and sheets had a funny smell, and the bed was hard. Will not be going back and wouldn’t recommend anyone else to go there 👎"

"Property had a very nice breakfast restaurant on premise, Halligans, great staff, food was very good. Property is being upgraded to a become Hilton property. A building has not been as yet so we were moved to B building do to the condition of the room in A building. Average overall experience."

"The hotel belongs to the Sheraton next door. It provides an authentic 1970s experience, last furnished then. The light over one bed was broken. No microwave or coffee maker in the room. The mattresses on the bed sag and need to be replaced."
