Was put in a room on level 2 which shakes and is extremely loud from the train line directly below. "maybe it s all in black, that s why I get to see more dust with my eyes.. but dust everywhere. and I doubt cleaners can clean thoroughly as the lights in the room is a bit deemed out. shower head was broken, so could not fix the head, I had to use backwall to fix it... "

"Continuous Terrible smell from room, pillows & bed were so uncomfortable which disrupted sleep for everyone. Staff attitude was such that we were the last person they wanted on earth to board the hotel. Not sure how this hotel is keeping up with any competition in a busy city like Sydney."

"Clean and comfortable accomodation close to The Rocks, Circular Quay and transport. We stayed during Vivid so the area was busy until about 11pm each night but got quiet after this and is a lovely quiet area in the morning. Rooms were clean and comfy, with a few creature comfort and reasonably priced per night. Lots of stairs to walk up to get to the accommodation areas (being an older building there is no lift) so not suited if you have mobility issues. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would...

"Very convenient location to both circular quay, Cruise terminal and the Rocks area. Clean good size rooms. TV channels very limited and no movies or foxtel. Shower is inside the bath so not appropriate if you can't step up. A little bit noisy but that was only due to vivid road closures packing up. Would recommend if the price is right."
