"This was hands down the BEST hotel experience I have ever had, and have had in a long time. Immediately upon entering the hotel, the staff was so warm and welcoming. I was traveling alone, so this is especially important to feel safe and welcomed. However, even if I wasn’t traveling alone, I believe I would still feel that welcome and support, as this seems like a genuine priority for them.
