"Stayed a Thursday and Friday night for a medical procedure at Allegheny General Hospital on Friday so didn’t roam around very much. Very close to the I279 exit and the hospital. Very clean and quiet in our 3rd floor room. A lot of staff was visible but never in the way. Very professional. Obviously a very old historic building but very well preserved and maintained. Nice atmosphere. "

"The hotel maids where very loud starting making noise and knocking on the doors about 845 or so makes it hard after a long night on the casino floor "

"Nick and Michael were both welcoming, hospitable, and kind. The interior is gorgeous, and the location is ideal for exploring Pittsburgh. Finally, the breakfast was so good I wanted two of them. Chef’s kiss. "

"The staff was mostly friendly and the overall hotel had a modern feel. The room appeared clean at first but the longer we were there, it’s clear they don’t pay attention to details. The sheets had stains and holes. "

"Great place to stay at, loved the ambiance, the view of the city was amazing. It is spacious, and the top floor is great for adults and kids to just hang out in. Would definitely book again when we come back out here. "

"Staff was wonderful the moment we walked through the door. Helped with all questions and provided tips to make our stay perfect. Rooms were clean and bathroom was spacious. There was a variety of options for breakfast and coffee was amazing."

"Great location for stage AE and PNC park. Front deskteam was friendly. Had little to no hot water to shower with was booty cheeks. All in all will stay again..when in town."

"Property is great service great. Wish the honeymoon suite was a smoking room and having to be quiet after 10 is kind of childish when your in a honeymoon suite you know people are going to be noisy I wanted to blast my music lol. Other than that I love Jefferson hills motel"

"Nice place to stay, rooms didn’t have refrigerator and the ice was located on the main lobby floor. Restaurants up stairs was nice but the food was not great for the price. "

"Only complaint would be noise (and I even had the fan running all night). Between the outside traffic at night and the room above me stomping on the floor at 5am. Besides that it was great."

"The reason I am giving it a 4 is because the card key kept failing and apperantly is due to being near a magnet/phone. Basically being erase that easy. Although the front desk didn’t say anything the cleaning lady did. The front desk helped us and we had to keep going down there to get it reactivated. This WAS my ONLY issue there. Over all nice to stay "

"Beautiful place to stay. The only thing is when you turn on the heat, you smell the dog and if you don’t like the dog smell, it’s your room gonna smell like a dog but overall everything was great."

"The lady working the check in desk was over the top helpful. I had blown a tire from road debris and she was helpful in so many ways. Very friendly staff willing to go beyond their job description to help in a time of need!"
