"Loved everything about my stay except breakfast. Firstly a few more items like muffins would be nice :) The real issue: I woke my family up early to go down and enjoy breakfast, what I witnessed changed our minds. We looked on in disgust as a child with an adult ate from the ladles of the sauces, ate from the tongs for the fruits, touched all the grapes and put them back, touched and played with all the silverware, ate from the counter and the floor, spat chewed food into plates placed where dirty dishes go, put his mouth on the coffeemate pump all while the adult turned a blind eye. I shudder to think of jar else goes on that’s not seen. The staff was so busy but tried their best to replace all items, it was unfair to them and to the guests. Hope you can put something in place in the future for situations like this, it’s crazy it was not the hotels fault but I hope they’ll think of something."

"Love staying at Hotel 24. The service is wonderful and the older rooms are charming. The location is extremely convenient, walking distance to shops, restaurants and Shakespeare Theatre."
