Hotel Dekat North Oaks East Rec. Center

"Room had bare minimum towels. House keeping didnt do a thing the 3 days we were there. Carpets and walls havent had a proper clean in awhile. Appliances all had their "quirks." Pool area had 4 towels and just dingy. Across the board this place was clearly " bare minimum " ran mentality. Would never recommend. Will never visit again."

"Great hotel, super nice staff that went out of their way to be helpful. The elevator made a weird noise at the top when it was about to stop. The doors were extremely heavy making it a little hard to open easily or close softly. Breakfast was good but not great in options. A little bit of garbage on floor but nice clean room and new looking."

"Front desk staff was very pleasant and helpful. Hotel is under going improvements and remodeling so there were rolls of carpet in the hallways but everything very well maintained. Room comfortable, well furnished (including mini refrigerator and microwave) and large in size. Bed comfortable. AC worked well and much needed given outdoor temperatures. Bathroom is a bit cozy :) (aka small). Location perfect for nearby family reunion. Did not use pool but it looked amazing. Also did not try free...

"Listen…. Let me tell you about Stacy…. He immediately was friendly and so interested in our visit to Saint Paul. I can’t even express how much of a highlight the staff of this hotel became. Audrey- also very rad, loved my kids right off the bat. The overnight security guy asking questions about bagpipes, the morning desk lady- spectacular, so excited to celebrate when we got back. The maid staff- so kind and attentive- calling elevators, smiling broadly. What a stay!"

"We enjoyed a clean, comfortable , quiet stay. The buffet was great and held variety. The person in charge of the buffet kept it filled, warm and clean and we enjoyed having the patio to go onto. The location was perfect for us as well."
