"The rooms & halls were clean, the indoor/outdoor pool was unique and well maintained, the front desk staff were friendly and helpful! We requested connecting rooms in the initial reservation, and they honored our request. The breakfast staff (seemed to be just one lady) worked hard to keep things stocked, but it got quite busy several times and by our third morning, coffee & creamer & juice were running low. "The desk staff were not very courteous and very unprofessional. The breakfast was not very good. The person at the desk was not helpful when asking questions about extra napkins and we were told the refrigerator was broken. The creamer for the coffee which needed refrigeration was left out at all times."

"Breakfast had so much variety! Since being home, my phone was missing. I called the front desk, who got housecleaning to check my room. They both responded so quickly and kindly. Phone has been found."

"Our room was very clean. The breakfast had a great variety of food and the evening snack/drink was a great bonus. The staff at the front desk and throughout the facility were very nice. We would stay there again. When traveling in the future I would certainly look at other Drury hotels first."
