"Apart from a strange noise that came intermittently from either the pipes or the air conditioning, I cannot fault this place. The room was excellent. The quietness of the environment was outstanding. The staff were friendly and helpful. The bath was large and comfortable. There was a little wear and tear on the bannisters and newel posts on the stairway but it was clean and not screaming out for immediate redecoration. "The Lockkeeper in Worksop is a good, straightforward option if you are looking for a budget stay. It delivers exactly what it promises for the price. While the amenities are basic, the shower is simple, and there are no frills, the cleanliness was great and gave me no concerns at all. It was perfectly suitable for my needs, and I would certainly stay here again."

"All the staff super friendly and the room was very big and clean. The mattress wasn’t great though and the noise travelled through the rooms- people above were quite noisy. Breakfast had good options but the scrambled egg on toast wasn’t great- should’ve done the full English! Would stay again but the bed could be comfier and hopefully not as noisy people above next time."
