"Location is excellent, right next to the quay, overlooking the water. Lovely big room, good restaurant and bar. Car parking but also just a short walk from the station. We attended a concert in Lincoln Castle, a 10 minute walk from hotel."

"Very comfortable room and bathroom with all that one needs and furnished to a high standard. Good selection of hot and cold breakfast food which was well presented and constantly re-stocked. Car park fills rapidly, so used the multi-storey 100 metres away which worked out very well. "

"A lovely clean hotel with convenient parking and within walking distance of city centre. Although situated on a very busy road, the hotel has taken successful measures to block out traffic noise in the rooms. It has a nice independent italian restaurant attached that serves good food too."

"I highly recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, quality breakfast , quietness, price and location. I travelled on Hull train which is 5 mins away from hotel( to catch euro star) . On other occasions Ive stayed here when shopping or visiting the theatre."
