"The caravan itself was perfect for its price. Decently hygienic and basic utilities. However, the hot tub after one use wasn’t maintained by staff, it wasn’t treated and therefore started to look murky and smelt unusual. The host wasn’t very easy to contact, was left in the dark about utilities until the day before and didn’t respond for 2 weeks using Expedia app nor didn’t answer when messaged about hot tub condition and wasn’t told how to use the heating. "Pineshadow Lodge was perfect for us. It was modern, clean and so cosy. Everything we needed was there. Lovely touches with treats, balls and bowls for the dog as well. We stayed to visit family nearby and will look to rebook for our next visit. "
