"The air conditioner was not working, tried to cool room for 30mins. Sat on the bed may have used a couple towels. Went to front desk to check out, they offered to swap rooms but I insisted refund. Got with 3rd party about refund to call hotel, hotel lied about me using the room. Accessible location, front desk just doing their job- poor management. They had also duct tapped a window that was busted in the room & it was supposed to be non smoking."

I don’t understand why the $100 security deposit wasn’t mentioned when booking also if you don’t stay for 14 days or more you want get new bed sheets.Towels were an issue as well, never had any ready upon request and you had to give the staff back the soiled towels before they would give you new ones. "room had no remote, the stove didn't work, no microwave, there were dirty underwear in the nightstand. I brought it up to the desk, they gave me a remote, told me 2 of the burners worked, told me not every room has microwaves, and left the underwear in the hall after I put it in a garbage bag."
