"The property is not equipped to be fully booked, not enough of any thing, examples not enough floats or chairs at pool area. Elevators too small and enough waited over 1 hour to get on a elevator. The housekeeper cane in my room twice unannounced while I was undressed. The toilet paper roll melt piece fell on my toe, when reported all the issues, they promised me a full refund and i never got it."

"We stayed at Scarlett pearl for the proximity to the marina. We love that the property is pet friendly and the fee was reasonable $75 with tax about $83. However, the hotel does have various rules for guests ,all guests need to check in with security the room card and an ID , no coolers allowed and they will not accommodate any special requests or upgrades they will tell you your welcome to pay for the upgraded price."

"The staff at the front desk were helpful and friendly. The rooms could use updating especially the pillows, bring your own. The only problem we had was the air conditioning control was locked and we could not control the temperature. Water park and restaurant were nice and convenient!"

"Great hotel the only issue was they don’t have actual blankets on the beds. They only have thicker sheets. I froze at night because of it. Also most of their parking is in the back of the hotel. This wouldn’t normally be a problem unless it’s raining and you have to walk in the pouring rain because of it. They don’t have a back entrance and that really sucks."

"The hotel was a renovation of the original hotel built in 1929. The decor and amenities were modern but there were pictures throughout the hotel of the original property and surrounding area during its early years. The lobby was very classy. The pool was very nice. The rooftop bar was very nice as well with a view of the beach, marina, and port. The rooms were simple but clean and comfortable. The one recommendation would be to change the policy of no beverages at the pool. I can understand no...

"Always a nice place to stay. Would be nice if bar at pool was open. Would be nice if restrooms were operational at pool. They are missing out on making that (pool time) a nice peaceful fun experience for us adults."

"Be sure the room floors are not slippery from the Air conditioner condensation. Our room was not good to walk in with the floors being wet and room smelled."

"The room was very clean. The beds were very comfy. We were able to check in late. They conveniently had a washer and dryer and convenience area where you could buy things like laundry detergent, snacks, and feminine items. The breakfast was very good, it included everything, cinnamon raisin, plain, and cheddar bagels with cream cheese, strawberry cream cheese, and butter to go along with it. They also had a vanilla yogurt dispenser with toppings such as glazed walnuts, raisins, and brown sugar....

"The rooms were clean and looked updated. The cigarette smell in the lobby about killed me. Even had 2 people smoke in the elevator. I wouldn’t personally stay there again but the actual room was nice"
