"The hotel was Awesome! Only problem we had was, you pay a $16.99 resort fee per day to restock towels and waters in the room. Housekeeping never came! I called the service desk at least 10 times for towels. We stayed 3 days and Housekeeping only came the 1st day. Second, there are no microwaves in the room. You have to go to the 10th(lobby) to warm up food. Other than that, we had a Awesome time. Definitely will book again"

"We will definitely be back! We enjoyed our stay at the Palace Casino Resort. The hotel was clean, staff were friendly and helpful, housekeeping was fast to respond to requests, loved the non-smoking casino and hotel. The only issue was the mattresses were not comfortable."

"Real nice hotel/casino !!! Everything is so close by, lots to do around the area. Hotel staff was super friendly, was in town to see my son who’s is stationed at Keesler AFB which is like a stone throw away. Would definitely stall at this hotel again. "

"We loved our stay at your property, other than it was awfully cold. We walked down to the Golden Nugget. It seemed like they had a lot more eating options. We also bought sweatshirts there to wear while we were gambling at your place."

"Hotel was nice but pricy. We paid for a gulf view but from the 6th floor on the end, we mainly saw the rooftop. Buffet was also just ok and very pricy. Casino was great! "

"Great property with a great pool area. Lazy river is open until 9 which is great. Definitely need more bartenders at the pool bar and maybe bartenders with a better attitude. Also update speaker system. A lot of the speakers around the pool area are broken. "

"I love the location, i think there should be assigned parking. Parking isn't all that great especially when you have to park at a nearby facility and walk to where you paid to stay. Other than that it was a great stay...See yall for Cruising the coast 2025!!"

"Sehr freundlicher Empfang. Haben an der Rezeption gleich ein paar Tipps für New Orleans erhalten. Frühstück ist eigentlich gut. Hatte leider das Pech das gerade eine große Reisegruppe beim Frühstück war. Dadurch war es etwas kaotisch. Würde das Hotel aber trotzdem jederzeit wieder empfehlen."

"This is the perfect property for a peaceful beach getaway, Beach access is directly across the street and the unobstructed poolside view from hotel property makes you feel like you are on the coast without the sand! The breakfast was delicious and Mary Ann is the best hostess; she loves her job and shares a great attitude and smile with everyone. We will be returning! "
