Area around hotel varies from university / business and convenience stores are a short walk.
There is a shuttle which takes you to business / harbor district. Staff are outstanding.

"Great property within walking distance of many attractions, shopping and dining options. Most bus tours which originate from Sky City is directly across the street from the hotel, as is the Sky Tower, casino, the Civic Theatre, et al.
The property is high end and the staff is kind, well trained, and very accommodating.
The hotel's restaurant is very good. We had breakfast and dinnwr there.
The city's Viaduct Harbor with all of its dining and shopping options are also in walking...

Hotel isn't quite set up for a full house that all have showers around the same time as the hot water ran out.
On a positive note the staff were friendly and helpful, our room was clean and housekeeping were great.
