"Upon check-in at 3pm I was told a room was not ready. I sat close by the front desk and waited and witnessed 2 other groups of people get thru rooms and keys. I then returned to the front desk questioning why I was told to wait and was then given a room. Frustrating and not acceptable. I also paid for parking and my room key was not coded for the garage. "My room was clean, and well taken care of. The only issue I had is the light around the mirror was burnt out, so there was only the light in the shower in the bathroom. I reported this, it was not good for make-up application, or putting in contacts."
