"Great service and location Cleam room"

"I stayed pn a Friday night for a Conference that started at 7:30 am at a neighboring hotel. Breakfast was supposed to start at 7:00 am and I left at 7:15am to find hot coffee and breakfast on my own because the breakfast was not ready. They had always ready and hot coffee in the lobby and it was ice cold in the coffee thermos like it had been there for more than 24 hours. "The late-night person who checked us in was rude and took a while to check us in (after we called on our way to let them know we would be late). The room was very damp and smelled horrible when we entered. The towels, sheets, and comforter were stained. The Wi-fi didn’t work. The elevator didn’t work when we arrived. Good location. Daytime and early evening staff were nice and helpful."

"The best hotel stay we have had. It was very clean. The staff were very helpful. Really loved the full kitchen in our room. Mike was the breakfast chef and went above and beyond. I have a food allergy and he was very kind and helpful helping me find food to eat. I have never had this kind of customer service. I hope Element recognizes the quality of person that they have in their employ. Element will be my go to from now on."

"Excellent location. It would have been a 5 star stay. The problem was that there were multiple teenager athletic teams staying there. They were extremely noisy, running up and down the hallway yelling and making noise like crazy. At one point during the evening, they opened a fire door somewhere causing the alarms to go off. Everyone had to evacuate their rooms. All of this of course does not reflect badly on the hotel or the staff, which were top notch. I would however maybe monitor...

"This old hotel needs updating! When we got into our room, there was a wet spot on the floor in front of the bathroom. It was coming from a vent in the ceiling, not sure if it was front the air conditioner or from the rain. There was an old stained ceiling section around it and the floor also showed signs of previous wetness. It looks like they had done some painting recently as there was still painters tape around the bathroom doorknob. My boyfriend said the continental breakfast wasn’t worth...
