"The location is less than a fourth of a mile from St. Vincent Heart Hospital so great if you have a family member staying overnight for several nights in a row. The food at the hospital is wonderful so you don’t need to have food at the hotel. The hotel is very quiet, even though it backs right up to US 31. There is a walking trail on Illinois Street that is easily accessible from the hotel as well as the hospital."

"We had a great experience. The staff were all very kind and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. We swam in the pool/hot tub nightly with our young children, and it was well maintained and there were plenty of towels in the pool room. The pool room is kept nice and warm so you aren’t freezing when you get out in the pool water isn’t freezing. The gym was also very nice with plenty of free weights, treadmills, and elliptical, etc. The breakfast was good as well. Overall, it was a great experience."

"The staff was absolutely rude… nobody seems to communicate amongst the staff. I sent numerous message prior to my stay and nobody bothered to reply. Parking was ridiculous and the staff didn’t know anything about the parking garage that is attached."

"We normally stay at more boutique hotels but trie this and were pleasantly surprised. Couple of bars onsite and a starbucks plus a general store with good stuff. Made things easy…only kinda crummy thing was tight parking if you are driving a bigger vehicle their lot is not easy. I drive a landrover and my wife would have hit vehicles or walls navigating. "

"It's connected to the Mall. The rooms are clean. Don't plan on having a nice view. The windows are so dirty you can't see outside."

"Very disappointed by the whole experience. Booked six rooms all rooms were dusty and untidy. Stains on the bedsheets, not enough shampoo and missing towels. As we are a sporting group we expected a swimming pool to be available. This was advertised for width. It’s out of order until May and it looked disgusting. Should not be coming there ever again."
