The bathrobes hanging on the door were worn and one unfortunately had faeces stains on it, which was very unpleasant. Breakfast was also disappointing. I ordered an omelette which was forgotten and never arrived, and I requested pineapple juice twice before eventually receiving it. "Good buffet breakfast and restaurant for an evening meal. Attentive and proactively helpful staff throughout. Local traffic makes getting back to the hotel slow but that is Delhi and not a reflection on the hotel. The hotel had everything that we wanted and is in a good central position. "This hotel is catered for the local community, the food and as not high quality, the amenities are lacking, the cleanliness is lacking, the gardens and green areas are not well taken care off, the high tea is laughable, pictures are very deceiving. Overall not what you would expect from a 5 Star hotel, my wife and I were very disappointed."
