"The property is in a lovely location but communication from the staff prior and during the stay was poor. Check-in was also very poorly done and communicated. We communicated that we would be arriving for late check-in a week prior to our stay multiple times via email and phone call with no clear communication back. Upon arrival they couldn’t locate our reservation and then we had to have the property security to get us the keys to our accommodation. It appears to be a systemic issue."

"War im April da, zu dieser Jahreszeit oder auch vorher zu empfehlen. Im Sommer glaube ich nicht, es fehlen Moskitonetze und Klimaanlagen, die Häuser heißen sich sehr schnell auf bei strahlenden Sonnenschein. Aber sonst traumhaft und ruhig. "

"Unser Aufenthalt war wieder sehr schön. Die Kommunikation und die Schlüsselübergabe im Beach Club waren sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Die neuen geschützten Terrassen, mit Lounge und Sonnenschirm, sind einfach toll geworden. Nur was zum zweiten Mal zu bemängeln war ist, dass es kein Gefrierfach, wie im Buchungsverlauf beschrieben ist, vorhanden war. Das passt nicht zu dem Standard und ist immer gerade Sommer ein echter Mangel. Uns wurde aber auf Anfrage angeboten, zwei mal am Tag im Beach...

"The place is just like the pictures and in a beautiful location. Accommodations wise, I’d keep in mind that this place does NOT come with towels, a change of sheets, or washer and dryer. We bought our own towels to save on the cost of renting them out. Other than that, it was definitely worth the stay. Very peaceful and beautiful in the summer."

"Hosts were very friendly and communicated well, there is a shop on site with small selection of essential items for sale , visit to the local supermarket is recommended for larger groups/families look forward to visiting again in the future"
