"We had lost our valuable pair of shoes in a bag during the during the checkout. Not effective follow ups by hotel managament after few calls and re-visit to hotel. Disappointed the complaint not addressed and just by "Not Found", is not something acceptable to this type prestigious hotel."

"Delicious breakfast especially at the egg station. Rooms were spacious and really good size. I love that we had the end room with big windows and a nice view. The station was few mins walk around so made the whole trip really convenient. A big thank you to the housekeeping team.
