"I made reservations for my kids and they almost had no place to stay. I put her name on the account so she could check them in. For those under 21 there needs to be a way to check in. I have always made reservations for my minors and never had issues. If I had not put her name as the guest then she would have been told that does not match your id. Maybe a question on line that one can explain they are under 21 or can they not even stay cause of their age?"

"I have no problem with the motel room itself, aside from the fact that the room did not include a functioning refrigerator. But that wasn’t going to be a problem as long as there was an ice machine that could keep my food cold. The ice machine in the lobby was also broken. So, every day for five days I had to drive to the local gas station and purchase ice. The staff at the front desk were kind and accommodating. Considering the price of the room, it’s a reasonable value… But you could do...
