Hotel Rooms with Balcony in North Colorado Springs

"The breakfast was just waffles, toast, cereal and yogurt not as usual with eggs, bacon and sausage. "

"The service was okay, the room was fine, but the breakfast was a joke. The pancake machine barely worked and it hadn't been cleaned properly. My husband tried to fix it, so that's how we knew it wasn't cleaned. There were no fresh fruit and the sausage patties were overcooked, tasted like jerky. The juice machine had refill on everything, except cranberry. On the second day, the eggs were gone after an hour, no more extra and breakfast is suppose to be from 6-9, so there should have been more. The pool, hot tub and the gym were all unavailable. They said it should take 3 days but it hadn't been working since the 16th, so no clue what they were doing to fix it. The gym looked like it just needed to be clean because there were towels tossed all over the floor, so i don't understand why they closed it. Also, the sink and bathtub in our room kept flooding water so the drains need to be fixed. You could tell this place wasn't maintained at all. Would not recommend staying here."

"This Hotel was very elegant and beautiful. The king size corner room was spacious and comfy. My family and I definitely had a great stay. The staff were courteous and very hospitable . The lobby area and bar was elegant and cozy . "

"The staff went above and beyond for our stay and found my sons build a bear he lost by the fire place. We always come back here every spring break. "
