"The room has issues , the padio doors don't close properly causing masquittos and flies to get inside. The AC in the living room is almost non exisitant causing the temperature to never get under 75C in the bedrooms ithe AC works well. They list it as a 3 star but id say its more of a 2 star. During the night we saw coachroaches or mayby they were palmetto bugs running across the floor, lots of ants too. "The outside of the property is beautiful, but the unit inside is very outdated and not cleaned throughly. There was mold in the bathroom shower. The appliances provided were very old and worn. We never got access to the wifi even after asking, which made it very difficult for me to work. There was no one available when I checked in, and Expedia even had a hard time getting in touch with someone. When we did get in contact with someone to cancel the reservation and get a refund, she was kind."
