"I understand it's an eco-friendly hotel but finding 3 very large roaches in my bathroom our first night was shocking. The worst part was that since it was around 11pm there was no staff until the next day to get is another room. My wife did not want to sleep in that room so we had to go hunt for another hotel at midnight. "Overall, great trip but felt additional instructions would be helpful. I ran out of toilet paper, and needed more towels but no number to dial for service,and had to go out to find someone. The blue towels in the room, I didn't realize those were the pool/beach towels since we only had 2 white towels. I also didn’t know it’s a carnival cruise drop off and they get some amenities as well, like at the beach. The biggest one was the elevator, my room was on the 3rd floor and I had my 80 yrs old mom...

"The camper room wreaked of a horrible smell and fume which within 20 mins caused my girlfriend to constantly cough and gag then within an hour or two both of us had headaches and needed ventilation and outdoor air. They tried to accommodate us with another camper but by then we both felt extremely nauseated and refused to stay. On top of that I was told I couldn’t get a refund. "
