"La experiencia en el hotel dejó mucho que desear. Cada vez que querías pedir algo del menú primero tenías que preguntar si realmente había disponibilidad, porque constantemente faltaban cosas. Los desayunos tenían muy poca variedad y terminaban siendo repetitivos. Además, en varias ocasiones el personal de limpieza abrió la puerta de la habitación sin previo aviso, lo cual fue bastante incómodo y afectó nuestra privacidad. En cuanto a amenidades, prácticamente no ofrecen productos de higiene...

"It was not clean and the room had a lot of ants and mosquitoes. We got bit while sleeping. The food is a hit or miss. The breakfast was not good at all but dinner was good. The staff was very rude and the customer service was even worse. They did not even greet me and left me standing while she was on the phone and then was making pretend that she was busy and made me stand there for 5 minutes until I told her you want me to sit or stand here. She said wait 2 minutes please. Not friendly at all...

"Service was amazing and food was delicious with different menu changes everyday! Pools were amazing. Especially the swim out pool which i loved the most. My favorite place at these resort was the clear blue water of the beach. The sand was white and there is no garbage at all in the sand and inside the beach. Tour staff are not consistently asking you to schedule a tour excursion, like other resorts it gets annoying when they constantly ask you to join their excursion. Overall i think is the...
