"I understand it's an eco-friendly hotel but finding 3 very large roaches in my bathroom our first night was shocking. The worst part was that since it was around 11pm there was no staff until the next day to get is another room. My wife did not want to sleep in that room so we had to go hunt for another hotel at midnight. Since this is a small town practically all hotels had no staff working at that time so we could not get a room anywhere and had to return to this hotel and make do. The next...

"The room was being cleaned as we arrived and not deep cleaning. The staff didn’t speak any English so it was hard to discuss anything. The water didn’t work at all during our trip and we let them know at 8:30 pm and didn’t have water until morning. One of the beds didn’t have any covers. We put a complaint in and never heard back. The place is beautiful and great location. "

"I just loved this place. Felt like visiting family on a remote beach. 180 deg. out from all inclusive corporate places. My hut room was spacious, restaurant was real good. Staff super friendly. Plus got warm welcome from the owners dogs who watch over things. "necesita mas comida en el buffe para la comida. el desayuno en el buffe es muy desente. la cena del buffe necesita mas varieda deben trabajar mas en el entrenimiento. los restaurante muy bueno el restaurate chino mi faborito y el de marisco. el ginacio no funciona. el bar de la playa muy buena comida mi abitaciones tenia firtraciones. me canbiaron eso si."

"Loved our stay, the team is really thoughtful and supportive. I was there for the Boston Marathon and they prepped a soup and food stand for the afternoon which was appreciated. Also the breakfast is super complete with great local ingredients and brands! healthy. The room was perfect!"
