"My family & I stayed at this resort last year, it was amazing. It’s why we returned. Big mistake! Not sure what happened, but I can say I will not be back. It started w/ our room, which let’s just say, I had to complain & the manager was nice enough to give me an upgrade, so that was a positive. However, we were only given wash clothes day 1, I had to call or physically go get them after that. My mom saw housekeeping & asked for one & was refused. "This was our first time staying at Eden Bay. It was amazing! Staff and amenities were fantastic. The beach is a little rocky, but there were little pockets where the water was enjoyable. If the beach isn’t your thing, the pool offers ample space for relaxing. The food was on point; we particularly enjoyed dinner at the Steak House and at Sugar Cane. We will be back!"
