"The location is breathtaking, with stunning views of the beach and surrounding nature that make you feel completely at peace. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and beautifully designed, creating the perfect atmosphere to relax and unwind. The staff was friendly, attentive, and always willing to help, making the experience even more enjoyable. The food was delicious.. The staff pay great attention because if I should skipped breakfast , they would ask my mom for me . That made me feel good to know they pay attention."

"Overall, I enjoyed my stay; however, I believe there is an opportunity to improve the guest arrival experience. Upon arrival, I did not receive enough information to help me become familiar with the resort, its amenities, or how to navigate the property. I requested assistance with my luggage and observed the manager direct a staff member to assist me, but unfortunately no one came. One of my biggest frustrations was learning on my own that restaurant reservations had to be made through an app. This was never explained during check-in, nor was I informed that I needed to download the app. As a result, I was unable to dine at my preferred restaurant on my first evening and had to choose from the limited options that were available. I also noticed another guest having difficulty locating the correct elevator to access her room. Since I was still unfamiliar with the property myself, I was unable to assist her. For a resort of this size, I believe guests would benefit from a brief orientation upon arrival. This could be provided either by resort staff or a representative from Expedia. A simple overview of the property, dining reservation process, key amenities, and directions would help guests feel welcomed and allow them to enjoy their stay from the very beginning. Despite these challenges, I enjoyed my overall stay and appreciate the efforts of the staff."

"Stayed at Moon Palace Jamaica from May 29 to June 2 and had a great experience overall. The resort is beautiful, and my room was clean, comfortable, and well-stocked daily with everything I needed. The staff was friendly and welcoming, which made the stay even more enjoyable. I loved the pools and beach area, and the spa was definitely the highlight—an amazing experience! The resort is also very spacious, well maintained, and truly luxurious. The food at the buffet needs some improvement, and I didn’t understand why I needed to provide my room number each time I entered the buffet. The nightly entertainment could also use a bit more on some nights. I also didn’t love the membership sales pitch during the stay. Overall, I really enjoyed my trip and would definitely return!"

"Don’t get the beach dinner I got attacked by mosquitoes, bed bugs as well , you need pants for else you will not be let into the restaurant"
