"Resort is marketed as luxury but it was really just expensive. Beautiful grounds and pool area but the rooms felt and looked refurbished. Customer service was poor in general but especially at the Red Snapper restaurant. Ladies at Captain's buffet were lovely."

"Great food you didn’t have to leave the hotel because they had pool parties, all white party, karaoke night. And if it was your birthday, they decorate the cabana and it wasn’t expensive to rent. The transportation was excellent they took you anywhere you wanted to go, whether it was a nightclub,excursion or just to a place where you wanna taste that good authentic food. And everybody was nice and pleasant."

"We enjoyed the fact that the rooms were serviced daily by the housekeeping staff, breakfast was served buffet style daily with a different main dish, and the fact that we were literally feet away from the beach.
