"Hello, I paid on Expedia with a different form of payment and then was charged also at your desk. This was not just a hold it was a charge for the room. I was double charged."

"This was my third stay at the Drury in Mason. Customer service is top-notch. The kick-back, offering a buffet of various food, is excellent. With today's economy, you can't beat it. The free breakfast is also fantastic. I traveled with one person and we really apprecated it. I can't imagine the savings for families. I also enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Every time I've particiapted in the kick back, one of the staff members has asked if I found everything satisfactory. The trip last week ......

"The building is an older one so keep that in mind. Stairs creaked etc. The rooms were quite clean IMO. Bathroom was very clean and recently recaulked which is a good sign to me. TV was great which is important to me. Staff was very nice and helpful. The only reason I would suggest not staying at this location is due to the slamming room doors and the trucks on Route 63. Both were quite loud. I was on vacation and wanted to sleep in but every morning around 6am I heard the doors slamming...

"The room was roomy & clean but we were near the kitchen & as a result I was woken around 5:00 am each morning. There should be a double wall to silence the noise. I’m not sure what the parking bill ($5 each day) is about."

"Nice place to stay, only problem was the king size bed was very firm. Breakfast is not included in stay you have to pay extra which is $19.95 per person."

"This was quick overnight stay and we checked in too late to try the pool, but the beds were comfy and the breakfast was wonderful! The area also was conveniently located and felt safe. Thank you, Kacey, for your kindness at check-in and the woman worked the breakfast area was also hardworking and kindly interacted her with guests. This was a great, quick stop for the night. Thank you!"

"The room amd bathroom were very clean. The customer service was excellent. Turns out our fridge had been unplugged but maintenance quickly and promptly accessed that and corrected however the fridge didn't get cool enough to trust in the one night we were there so we had to rely on our cooler and ice. Beds were a little too hard and seemed older compared to the cosmetics updates of the room. But we'd definitely stay here again."

"I stayed here with my daughters for a little over a week. I was charged a $100 deposit which was expected and asked to sign and agree there would be no smoking in the room, nothing else. After checking out, I was charged $100, no receipt no explanation. When I called to inquire they said it was due to excessive cleaning. There was no excessive cleaning lol We kept the room very clean without them coming once to make get housecleaning services. It’s absolutely ridiculous. They then lied and said...

"Clean and spacious room. Desk clerk was able to easily move my two separate reservations together so we didn’t have to check in and out and in again. Super close to kings island and some cool breweries."

"Well the room wasn’t very clean. Looked like mold in the tub and ceiling in the bathroom. The air conditioner wasn’t cooling off even on high. I think the front desk person is over worked he was sleeping at one point. The breakfast was the best and very good. Everyone was very nice tho."
