"Only ice maker that worked was on third floor. Several days the elevators did not work. Treadmill stopped working while we were staying there."

"The staff all was real nice and friendly the pool didn’t look good so we didn’t swim the beds were hard and 1 bed didn’t even have sheets but the lady at the front desk got some right away and was as shocked as we were"

"Nice place to stay"

"We had a two day stay. Checking in was pretty easy. Our room had to see better days. The mattress had stains on it, the ceiling looks like something exploded on it and walls looked like they were in the middle of taking down wall paper. The bathtube/shower had rust. The beds were somewhat comfortable."

"Staff was very nice. Good location. Room was overall mostly clean, but there was a red stain on carpet by the bathroom sink that I probably would have cleaned for future guests. Bathroom smelled of urine, not sure if shower curtain needs to be washed/replaced but that was a bit off-putting as well. This is for room 408 by the way."

"The Morgantown Hotel is like walking into a 1940's hotel. Very well taken care of and our room was excellent. Bed was so comfy I didn't want to get out of it. We wish we had had time to explore the area, but alas was on our way back home!"

"The staff incredibly friendly. Saw one the maids go out of her way to help a senior citizen. The restaurants also very friendly but seemed to be understaffed for breakfast. Otherwise nice place to stay."

"Breakfast 24/7 free bottled water and fresh cookies on arrival. Clean well maintained pool, easy to find ice machines, clean everything! Morgan, front desk man was excellent. Jewel of an employee you got there in him. All staff pleasant and cheerful! Room spacious, quiet and very clean. Wonderful over all stay. A+++"

"Overall good property. It has some wear but was very clean. Had nice outdoor ammenities but was not really a focal point. Could be tidied up. Pet friendly is huge plus and those with dogs were respectful of others. Oddly, we ended up with an accessible room. The bathroom was accessible in terms of grab bars and plenty of space in the bathroom. This was not a lowered sink but could probably work for a person using wheels. The door bell, however did not work. The dining table would have to move...

"The staff was friendly, the breakfast was satisfactory. The cleanliness of the room (bathroom) was suspect. The tv was outdated and the controller was complicated and aged."

"Pool was closed and that was not revealed until after reservation was made. When I made the reservation I was told that the breakfast buffet was included but actually it is $ 15.00 per person. There was no conditioner in our bathroom and I asked for it twice but it was never provided."

"Reserved a king room. Arrived to be told and then were available because housekeeping didn't clean any single rooms today. Offered a double Queen which we had to take because I was too tired to look for anything else. I'm not sure there was an apology. When we got to the room. There was a pair of socks under the edge of one of the beds. And there were some black hairs on one of the beds. The bathroom wall had lots of nicks in the paint. The lobby is beautiful."
