"Made reservation through Expedia. However arrived only to find it had been cancelled. I received no notification and my Expedia app showed I had an existing reservation. Arthur (I believe was his name) was able to give me a room and he was quick and thoughtful."

"The airport shuttle bus pickup was quick and easy to get contacted and processed but somehow we did not received the full details from Expedia where the meeting point was located. Hotel was clean and quite, breakfast was adequate and better than the normal continental breakfast."

"Everything was good: clean rooms, good breakfast, etc., but the thing that bothered me was that they are now charging $3.00 a day for parking. I get it in a downtown location where parking is at a premium, but in Spring, Texas? Why? It's not much, but I'll find a similar quality hotel to stay in next time that doesn't charge for parking."
