"I need to preface this with the fact that I am not a picky person. I am all for crashing in a hotel without all the bells and whistles if I can save a little money. However, this hotel was horrible. I called prior to arrival to request an airport shuttle at 3:30am. I was told it was not an issue and to let them know at check in. Well, we arrived at 9:30pm and there wasn’t anyone to check us in. "I’m not sure where these positive reviews are coming from. 1st off, I know what I’m paying for here, not like I’m out of touch extracting a 5 star hotel at a 2 star price. Hotel common are find, and look maintained. However, the moment you hit the elevator there is an overwhelming scent through the entire hotel. Others have described it as fresh, I’d say either either pest control or mold control disguised as a ‘fresh scent’ it’s overwhelming and sticks in your throat. The room carpet is...

"Decent place to stay"

"The place was beautifully clean, well-decorated and thoughtfully appointed. We had the entire place to ourselves, too. The bed was comfortable. The main areas were well-stocked with candies, teas, coffees, etc. I would definitely stay again!"
