"The report was quiet, clean, and updated. The only issues encountered was that the USB and electrical outlets on the nightstand did not work. We did get the ones on the alarm clock to work after we pulled out the night stand and plugged it in, but the other outlets did not work. The refrigerator was also defrosting and leaked throughout our stay. We did not request housekeeping as that is our preference. The only thing that could have been kept nicer/cleaner was the balcony and balcony furniture. We enjoyed a couples massage at the spa. It was amazing and the steam room was awesome!! Unfortunately, the weather was windy and a little too cool for us to enjoy the outdoor spaces very much. We did enjoy some drinks and appetizers from the on-site restaurant and everything was wonderful! We would visit again."

"room was clean. was a little confused the first night because they kept the shampoo at a separate sink outside the bathroom so the first night i assumed there wasn't any and had to shower with just the body wash that was on the bathroom sink. not nearly enough parking for the amount of rooms they have. nice hottub and restaurant. staff was friendly. rooms could use a little bit of a upgrade but they were fine."

"Staff didn’t clean room daily only made bed/replenish coffee pots/towels. There was no closet. Breakfast had a lot of variety everyday, but the food was ok. One step to the pool area is loose and my family almost fell down. It only has a caution tape I love that it was centrally located and we enjoyed the fire pit and happy hour nights with live music. We also enjoyed our balcony with pool view"
