"Great place to stay in West Sedona. The staff is helpful and the rooms are spacious. If you pack a lot of gear, there is room to store it in the room. Small kitchenette's are convenient, but the bathroom is tiny. We stayed on the second floor (no elevators) not an issue for us, but noted here in case it is for others. Easy access to all of Sedona."

"I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The front desk receptionist was not professional and seemed uninterested whenever we asked questions or needed assistance. It felt like customer service was not a priority.
The hotel also had a very unpleasant odor. The carpets in the hallways leading to the rooms smelled bad, and the elevator had a strong unpleasant smell as well. Unfortunately, these issues made the overall experience uncomfortable.

"Beautiful historic hotel! The property is amazing; gardens, plenty of spots to lounge indoor and outdoor, museum on site that is full of the hotel's history, love the artwork throughout the hotel public spaces by one of the owners. Our room was cozy and had everything that we needed. Also, had reserved patio furniture just for us."
