"The property is in the mide of renovating and the staf was great through it all. The room was newly renovated and the property overall was well maintained. The front desk staff was fanstastic helping me book a last minute stay, just 2 hours after checking out, at another property due to a weather related flight cancelation."

"The hotel is in terrible condition. I was assigned a room on the 3rd where there were active renovation going on. As soon s the elevator doors open to the floor there was construction plastic with thick dusts on the floor that lined the entire hallway. The walls had big holes where all the pipes were visible. Sheetrocks lined the hallway along with other construction materials and equipment. There were big pales of construction buckets filled with dirty water.

I was confused about the vouchers that the front desk gives in order to eat breakfast
I have never seen this except this hotel
The gymnasium is nice but people from the pool have access to the gymnasium since is attached and some kids would go in there is a bit uncomfortable
and I was also confused cause we were at the pool area and a security guard approached to us asking for the key if we have it that was awkward
