"Location is a 12 out of 10! In the heart of Times Square/Theater District area. The service from concierge, to front desk, to housekeeping was fantastic. We were there during the NYC snow storm and they had a room ready for us at noon instead of their usual check in time of 3 pm, which was very much appreciated. The rooms are spacious and clean! CVS pharmacy is right next door in case any snacks/essentials are needed. We will come back and stay here again! The only negative for a luxury hotel is that they don’t have a coffee maker in the room - it wasn’t a big deal as they have a cafe in main lobby where you can purchase coffee but a coffee maker in the room would be a nice addition. "

"We stayed at the Wallace for my birthday and saw a show at the Beacon. Start to finish, the staff was literally falling over themselves to make sure that my birthday was commemorated. They upgraded our room without being asked, everywhere we went someone was wishing me a happy birthday, when we went into the bar, they gave us complementary glasses of Prosecco, and when we got to our room, there was a beautiful bottle of wine and a handwritten note wishing me a happy birthday. I could not recommend this hotel more."
