"Lovely, quirky property. Great food and service. Spa was wonderful. Rooms a bit small but very comfortable. Pictures of bathtubs are limited to some Rooms so disappoint to have a view or tub. Outdoor cocktail area was charming as was the decoration. Great place overall. "

"Beautiful property. Breakfast was delicious and there was quite a spread of fresh fruit, hot dishes, lunch meats and cheeses. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to anyone visiting the area."

"Check in staff were lovely, food and drinks were a constant challenge with minimal customers and staff feeling overwhelmed. Seemed more concerned with polishing glasses than looking after people. Food was amazing once received. Room was dated and bathroom not very clean, very mouldy. "

"Location was excellent. Walkable to all key sites. Staff very friendly. We are in the restaurant twice once for dinner - has beef tenderloin which was extremely tasty. Had lunch one day as well. Large room and lovely public areas."
