"I’ve stayed in a few hotels in the downtown area but this one is BY FAR one of the best ones I’ve stayed in. Not only did I not have to worry about check in incidentals fees that most hotels overcharge but THIS HOTEL is in walking distance to everything good like the Brickell city center mall and Sexy Fish. The rooms are small but the beds are BIG and relaxing as hell. I literally slept all day on my third night there and loved it. I would stay there again versus the other more expensive hotels. It’s not that far from South Beach either and uber will get you there fast. I love love love this hotel and I’m shocked because I usually do Four Seasons or the Ritz Carlton. Citizen M was perfect! Don’t change a thing, And thanks to Jeffery at the food bar and Love at the check in for helping me out. Best staff ever!"

"Staff was as friendly as I have ever seen. Great location. Nice restaurants. Room was fantastic. Great view. $8 coffee. Doesn't serve until 7 AM. Food very expensive. Great trip."

"This is the best budget friendly hotel close to the airport, it is only 10 minutes from the airport and the hotel is very modern and clean. Everything in the room was nice and clean., the shower has a good hot water, the pool is very nice, and I like the restaurant in the bar with a good menu. If you are looking for a place to stay close to the airport. This hotel is a great choice.. "
