"Ignore the bad reviews. Except for one regarding elevator they’re old anyway. Found everything & everyone to be excellent. Nice lobby area and bar. Room was great. Had problem with tv & was told maintenance would gone by. I expected it to take an hour or more but guy was there within minutes. All staff was very friendly. There was a rubber band for braces under the desk but was right against edge of dresser so can see how vacuum wouldn’t have gotten it. Housekeeping should do visual check....

"Very nice and comfy rooms. Lush bedding and an AMAZING shower. This hotel is updated and in a great area, you can easily walk to plenty of touristy spots. Plus dining and shopping options are all around. I definitely would stay here again"
