"Staff was very friendly and helpful but the hotel wasn’t the cleanest. From the moment we got to the room, we noticed the gnats. Bed sheets also had stains so we had to have them replaced."

"The room was clean and spacious. The staff was very friendly beautiful view of the beach from our room. The breakfast bar was not what I expecting, but exceeded my expectations and the location was great able to walk to just about anywhere to get what we needed."

Housekeeping every day Free parking Wifi worked well Decent price Double jet tub was nice Con: the A/C sounds like a freight train and when the wind was blowing, it sounded like a freight train with the hounds of Baskerville onboard. Front office reeked of cigarette smoke."

"Not the best but not bad at all maybe because we were there Father’s Day’s weekend. Too busy and room was not ready on check in time it was 2 hours delayed. Transferred us to another room. On the good side staffs are very accommodating"

"The pool area is terrible, with bad-colored water. The breakfast is not well-served and not healthy. Their gloves touch everywhere on the door handles and elevator control buttons while performing their duties. They brought a crib for my baby in poor condition and without a mattress after I paid a little extra. It is my honest assessment."

"The overall experience was exhausting! After spending the day at the water park, our shower was inoperable and unable to use. We had to pack our belongings and relocate! We had dinner reservations planned at a specific time for our anniversary and relocating was the pits. Not what we expected to encounter while vacationing."

"The property is old but kept clean. It could use lots of upgrades but for the price I paid, I can’t complain much. The staff were friendly. The room has a kitchenette with mid-size refrigerator and stove which was a plus. The pool was small but it is still an option during bad weather."
