Stayed here four nights on a recent trip to London (June 2026). The friendliest, most welcoming staff. Room (two beds) was spacious enough, well-appointed, and very clean. Shower was great (particularly the water pressure). Appreciated the location close to Liverpool Station. Only reservation is that because it seems to be a hub for "remote workers", that the lobby can feel a bit crowded — especially at check-in/check-out times (lack of places to sit while waiting). But a great first experence and we would definitely stay again should our travels take us to London.
