家族４名での利用です。
チェックイン用の端末を上手く見つけられず、最初手間取りましたが、端末の操作自体は問題ありませんでした。
交通量の多いところですので、急いでいる方はゆとりを持ってチェックインされた方がいいと思います。
お部屋は家具家電が揃っており、今回洗濯はしませんでしたが、洗濯機だけでなく洗剤も置いてあったので、使いたい方はありがたいと思いました。
洗面所のゴミ箱に、前に止まられていた方の分なのか使用済み歯ブラシが残っていたのは少し気になるところですが、あとは気になりませんでした！"

"Wonderful stay in Fukuoka. Plenty of room for our family of six. The furnishings and decor were pretty chic. And I loved that the bathtub and appliances were cozy and good quality, unlike many rentals. The location can’t be beat. Thank you for having us!"

"Nine States Tojinmachi was perfect. The location was excellent — just steps from Tojinmachi Station and within walking distance of Ohori Park and Fukuoka Tower. The room was spacious, comfortable, and fully equipped with all the amenities we needed.Service was outstanding. We loved our stay so much that we made another reservation and extended our trip. The customer service team handled everything smoothly and made the whole process completely worry‑free."
