"The location is at the city center. The staff is very friendly. The breakfast time normally starts at 8am. When the staff member learned I need to leave at 7:30am next morning, they served breakfast at 7am for me. They also recommended a restaurant that serves very good local food and helped me make a reservation. I will definitely stay Hotel Leon D'Oro again when I visit Mantua next time."

"Fabulous room in the heart of Verona, you really can’t get a better location. The room we had was amazing, fitted out to a high specification with everything you need. Alessia on reception was very friendly and helpful and gave loads of tips on things to do and places to go. The bed was the best we slept on in Italy so far. "I was in the Romeo & Juliet apartment and didn’t see any staff. But that was not an issue. I had a taxi question and it was answered promptly.
