Great if you want to be close to train station

The location is somewhat out of the way which is inconvenient if you want to spend a lot of time in the center, but it is LITERALLY in front of the train station whih was good for me. The condition of the hotel was acceptable, and the cleaning was very good. Some cons: very few or none vegan options for the breakfast, and the coffee is made by request, so I managed to finish eating my breakfast before they even had time to take my coffee order. They really need to have more people working in the breakfast time. Another con is that they close the door during the night, so you have to come in through the back, and if you do not know where the back is, you need to call the keymaster. Also, they did not allow to me to sit and work in my laptop while having a coffee in the breakfast area, which felt unnecessary as the area was quite empty.

Property was across the street from the train station so very convenient. Felt relatively safe all the time. I just liked walking back to the hotel at night with someone, Quaint cool city center area i’d nearby 10 min walk. Staff was helpful and friendly. Mantova is lovely

Obwohl die Unterkunft mit frühstück ausgeschrieben war, wurde uns vor ort gesagt wir miüssten für das frühstück extra zahlen! Auch dass parkplätze zur Verfügung stünden stimmte nicht und wir mussten das Auto in einer nicht sicheren Gegend draußen stehen lassen...sämtliche parkplätze waren belegt.

Muito bom

Staff excelente! A menina da recepção no momento do checkin foi extremamente gentil, educada e solícita. A que estava no checkout, da mesma forma: muito prestativa e educada. Café da manhã pago na hora a 8,50 euros, excelente! A Sra do café da manhã só falava italiano mas foi muito educada! Hotel muito bem localizado e com estrutura ótima para a proposta de conhecer a cidade. Recomendo
