"The best service staffs I've ever encountered throughout my trips, bar none. Service staffs went over my expectations even went out of their way to get us the amazing 'malongay pandesal' for our early breakfast meals and not to mentioned, all the services they have provided for my wife's birthday requests. Most definitely recommend this beautiful hotel and the amazing staffs for your next stays. Shout out to Jasmin, Ritchelle, and Aira at the front desk. "

"From the moment we arrived we felt at home. Noud and his team are spot on with everything. We had room 5 on floor 3 and the view was beautiful of the limestone casts and the sea. The young lady who spoke English was an absolute star from check in, trip booking, waitress, housekeeping and anything else we wanted. We don't eat garlic so eating out in the Philippines can be quite a challenge. After discussing this, the chef adapted the menu for us by cooking to order and the food was lovely. Airport transfers were arranged easily too. The pool area is in nice condition and great to cool off in. The location makes it easy to walk down to the beach, restaurants and shops. Trikes are plentiful if you don't want to walk. We always ate in Mansion Buenavista. On our last day we had an early flight before breakfast was served and they made us a packed breakfast to take to the airport. It showed such kindness and we really appreciated it. Thank you to the whole team who work hard to give their guests an amazing stay. We would highly recommend Mansion Buenavista and it will be our first choice if we can make it back to El Nido in the future. "

"We loved our stay - great staff, attentive and the complimentary shuttle was a nice touch. The only thing they should work on is the massage service. The AC was blasting, when you are butt naked getting a massage you want the room to be a nice temperature. Other than that, a 10 out of 10. We loved the geckos and their sounds!"

"Nice hotel. Great staff. Excellent pool and sun deck. Good restaurants in the hotel. Wall to Coron is 15 min. Or $50-$100 tricycle ride. Walk to El Nido town is about 30 min, or $100-$150 tricycle ride. Lots of stuff around the hotel too for food. "
