"Great hotel, great location for exploring the city, great breakfast. Would recommend and would stay again. Underfloor heating in the bathroom is a nice treat after a day walking!"

"My partner had stayed here before and loved it so I rebooked for his latest work trip. He was given a tiny attic room as the standard single room. Upon questioning whether this was correct it unfortunately took the hotel 48 hours to respond. Considering they sent me two messages within 24 hours requesting I provide identity details so that they could do a quick check in when he arrived, I had hoped their reply to my message would have been as quick. Great location, too high a price for the room allocated, unacceptable response time."

"Room not clean on arrival, bits of tissue over carpet and toilet will heavy staining. Room too small for 3 falling over chairs to get out of bed. Not the room shown on booking. Breakfast good choice no gluten free bread but there was a gluten free cinnamon roll. Good location easy transport links. Digital check-in and key didn’t work . Expensive for basic hotel. Refurbished recently but cheaply done."

"The hotel is not centrally located as advertised, which was disappointing. The hallways had an unpleasant smell throughout my stay. On the positive side, the staff were friendly and helpful. I was surprised to be charged for luggage storage, as they only offer paid lockers. The soundproofing is very poor — you can hear everything from neighboring rooms, including very intimate noises, which made the stay uncomfortable. There is also noticeable noise from trains outside. Overall, the hotel does not offer good value for the price."

"Clean room, friendly staff, beds were quite noisy & mattresses soft. We stayed in the railway sleeper so was quite noisy from the trains passing throughout the night. We didn’t try breakfast as we ate out. The location is good, close to many attractions & the train station. Great value for money though. "

"We loved the property, walking distance to train station and loved the breakfast, nice and helpful staff, good for staying overnight, we had long layovers for our connection flight next day and took the train to hotel.the only problem was no elevator and my husband had heart issues and hard to go up through stairs but we didn’t ask to change the floor, I am sure we f we were requested, they were going to change it . Thanks"
